1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vexxim ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, purchase content, or operate as a Creator on the Platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
Users are required to register an account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. Vexxim operates with absolute discretion regarding account approvals, particularly for Creator accounts, which require rigorous identity verification.
3. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Activities
Vexxim strictly prohibits the upload, distribution, or solicitation of content that:
- Involves minors, non-consensual acts, or bestiality.
- Promotes extreme violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
- Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
All content must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Vexxim reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts and report prohibited content to relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Fees
Paid subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) content, and custom requests are not active during the current website/legal/support-only launch. When paid features are activated, creators will set pricing and buyers will authorize charges through the approved checkout flow.
When paid features are activated, creators retain 75% of all gross earnings and Vexxim retains a 25% platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, security, and platform maintenance.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Content Sales are Final: Because Vexxim facilitates the immediate access to digital media, all sales (including Subscriptions, PPV, and Tips) are strictly non-refundable once the content has been unlocked.
Subscription Cancellations: Buyers may request cancellation at any time by emailing billing@vexxim.com from the address associated with their account and including the relevant transaction or subscription reference. When a hosted billing-management portal is available, its cancellation link will also be displayed in the Dashboard. Access ordinarily remains active through the paid billing period unless fraud, safety, or legal restrictions require earlier termination.
Exceptions for Refunds: Refunds are only granted under the following strict conditions:
- A Creator fails to deliver a Custom Request within the agreed timeframe.
- Purchased content is removed for violating platform safety policies before the buyer can view it.
- Proven unauthorized fraudulent transactions.
To request a refund under these exceptions, buyers must submit a ticket via our Billing Support page within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of the original content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, Creators grant Vexxim a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. Buyers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content. Redistribution, pirating, or unauthorized sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vexxim is a platform connecting independent Creators with Buyers. We do not produce the content hosted on our servers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexxim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or interactions between users.
