1. Introduction to Your Privacy

At Vexxim, we understand that privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal information. We operate on a principle of minimal data collection, ensuring that both Buyers and Creators can engage with the platform securely and discreetly.

2. Information We Collect

For Buyers (Pseudonymous Users)

We collect minimal information necessary to maintain your account and process transactions. This includes your email address, an encrypted password, and a pseudonymous handle. Payment details are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; Vexxim does not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

For Creators

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257, Creators must undergo a strict identity verification process. We securely collect and encrypt legal names, dates of birth, government-issued IDs, and payout banking information. This sensitive data is siloed and stored with enterprise-grade encryption separate from the public-facing platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

  • Process transactions and deliver purchased digital content.
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • Maintain platform security, detect fraud, and prevent illegal activities.
  • Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Vexxim will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers. We only share data with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly necessary to operate the platform. We may disclose information if legally compelled by a court order or valid subpoena, or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time. For Buyers, we will securely erase your profile data. However, for Creators, we are legally required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 to retain specific identity verification records and content logs for a minimum period mandated by law, even after account closure.
