All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on Vexxim were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depictions were created.

Vexxim operates as an interactive computer service provider. Vexxim is not the primary producer of the visual depictions hosted on its servers. All content is user-generated and uploaded by independent third-party Creators.

Vexxim requires Creators to complete identity and age-verification review before receiving permission to publish restricted content. Record-keeping obligations, custodian details, performer consent, and content-to-performer records must be reviewed and maintained according to applicable law before commercial launch.
