Record-Keeping Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on Vexxim were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depictions were created.

Vexxim operates as an interactive computer service provider. Vexxim is not the primary producer of the visual depictions hosted on its servers. All content is user-generated and uploaded by independent third-party Creators.

However, in strict compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Vexxim mandates that all Creators undergo a robust identity verification process prior to uploading any content. As the operator of this service, Vexxim maintains records of the identity verification documents provided by its independent Creators.
